Our nurse prescriber, Lyndsey, is no stranger to infection control. Having a nursing background, and being in an operating theatre, means Lyndsey was involving effective sanitisation techniques in her daily work routine pre-Covid, and will continue to do so, post-Covid. She also studied this subject as part of her degree.

Protecting our clients

We are going above and beyond to keep our patients safe from Covid. We keep our risk assessments and safety measures updated. We also carefully and thoroughly follow policies and protocols. All official guidance has been followed. You can expect:

  • A pre-appointment questionnaire
  • Staff wearing FFP2 face masks and visors and PPE as per guidance
  • Extensive cleaning throughout the day
  • Sanitiser to be used when entering the clinic
  • Staff tested twice weekly with lateral flow tests
  • Air purifier with a HEPA filter in the clinic
